David Wheeler

David Wheeler is a long-time PostgreSQL contributor, and creator of Sqitch, a database change management system; PGXN, the PostgreSQL Extension Network; pgTAP, a database test framework, and CITEXT2, the case-insensitive data type. After stints with PostgreSQL Experts, iovation, and The New York Times, he now works on PostgreSQL extensions for ClickHouse. He lives in New York City with his artist wife when they're not exchanging homes overseas.
