odbc_bridge_* session settings

These settings are available in system.settings and are autogenerated from source.

odbc_bridge_connection_pool_size

Connection pool size for each connection settings string in ODBC bridge.

Use connection pooling in ODBC bridge. If set to false, a new connection is created every time.
