dead_blobs_to_delay_insert

If the dead blobs queues of the destination table’s disks contain at least that many blobs pending removal, artificially slow down insert into table. 0 - use the table setting.

dead_blobs_to_throw_insert

If the dead blobs queues of the destination table’s disks contain more than this number of blobs pending removal, throw ‘Too many dead blobs …’ exception. 0 - use the table setting.
