This is a case study of moving away from traditional on-premise BI tools and migrating to a real-time analytics platform based on ClickHouse. While handling massive volumes of POS data, the team achieved dramatic improvements in both cost and performance. This talk showcases efforts served as a valuable reference for anyone struggling with the utilization of large-scale real-world data.
