Alias obsoleto de `deduplication_hashes_cache_update_wait_ms`, mantido por um lançamento para
compatibilidade com versões anteriores. Só é considerado quando `deduplication_hashes_cache_update_wait_ms` permanece no
valor padrão; essa configuração será removida em um lançamento futuro.
