Si la tabla de destino contiene al menos esa cantidad de partes activas en una sola partición, la inserción en la tabla se ralentiza artificialmente.

Si el número de partes activas en una sola partición de la tabla de destino supera este valor, se lanza la excepción 'Demasiadas partes ...'.
