المهلة الزمنية لاستقبال البيانات من الشبكة، بالثواني. إذا لم يتم استلام أي بايت خلال هذه المدة، فسيُثار استثناء. إذا عيّنت هذا الإعداد على العميل، فسيُعيَّن أيضًا 'send\_timeout' للمقبس على طرف الاتصال المقابل على الخادم.
